Curriculum Vitae
Marvin Leon Chimeka has been a research associate at the Chair of Software Engineering for Business Information Systems at Technical University of Munich since May 2025. He holds a bachelor's and a master's degree in Information Systems from Technical University of Munich. During his studies, Marvin participated in an Erasmus exchange program at Stockholm University, Sweden. He wrote his master's thesis in the exploration of open-source large language models in the B2B context. In addition to his tutoring positions at the Technical University of Munich in the modules: Introduction to Software Engineering, Fundamentals of Algorithms and Data Structures, and Patterns in Software Engineering, he was also able to gain practical experience in IT Strategy, Project Management and Software Engineering through various working student positions. .

Open Thesis Topics

As part of my research on an AI-supported Architecture Consensus Framework, we investigate how AI Agents can support decision-making in Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM). 

We are looking for Master's students interested in one of the following topics:

1. Use Cases for AI Agents in Architecture Decision-Making
Identify and structure relevant use cases for AI Agents supporting architecture decisions through a literature review and expert interviews.

2. Factors and Characteristics of Architecture Decisions
Identify and structure key factors, decision criteria, and success factors influencing architecture decisions, potentially developing a taxonomy to provide the knowledge base for AI-supported decision-making.

Both topics combine Enterprise Architecture, Artificial Intelligence, and Decision-Making and contribute directly to the development of our Architecture Consensus Framework.
