Advisor(s): Nathalie Wolf
Motivation
Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems are essential in modern business environments, and early exposure during education is highly beneficial for students. However, ERP education often faces challenges: students tend to follow case study instructions mechanically without fully understanding the underlying business logic. A previous thesis developed an innovative teaching concept to address these issues, including a method catalog of instructional strategies and a role-based learning scenario. The goal of this thesis is to evaluate this concept in practice, assessing its effectiveness in improving learner engagement, motivation, and understanding in ERP education.

- Measurement of learning outcomes and student motivation
- Analysis of usability and acceptance among lecturers and students

- Practical implementation of the teaching concept in a real or classroom setting
- Collection and analysis of qualitative and quantitative data
- Discussion of findings and recommendations for improvement
Requirements
- Interest in ERP systems, education, and empirical research
