Workshop on Digital Platforms with Marshall Van Alstyne at TUM School of Management

Last week, we warmly welcomed Prof. Marshall Van Alstyne, Questrom School of Business, Boston University at the new TUM School of Management Campus in Heilbronn. Together with Prof. Helmut Krcmar, Prof. Jens Förderer and PhD students from the Chair for Information Systems, we conducted a workshop on “Digital Platforms & Challenges for Industry”. Rigorous exchanges of academic findings have taken place on topics such as innovation on digital platforms, platform governance, and digital transformation.
