Motivation
In the era of digital transformation, a powerful CRM system is essential for business success. SAP Sales Cloud offers a comprehensive suite of sales support functionalities, but how does it compare to other leading CRM providers? This thesis aims to systematically evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of SAP Sales Cloud and develop a proof of concept for its integration with SAP S/4HANA.
Research Objectives
- Comparative analysis of SAP Sales Cloud and other major CRM systems
- Identification of unique features and limitations
- Development of a proof of concept for integration with SAP S/4HANA
Tasks
- Literature review on CRM systems
- Development of a criteria-based comparison framework
- Systematic evaluation using selected use cases
- Design and implementation of a proof of concept for integration with SAP S/4HANA
- Analysis of results and discussion of implications
Requirements
- Interest in CRM systems, enterprise software, and integration technologies
- Prior experience with SAP Sales Cloud or SAP S/4HANA is a plus
- Strong analytical skills and a structured working style
- High level of independence, initiative, and responsibility
