It is our great pleasure to inform you that the IEEE Board of Directors at its November 2021 meeting elevated Professor Nassir Navab to IEEE Fellow, effective 1 January 2022 with the following citation: for contributions to augmented reality in medicine and computer-assisted interventions

IEEE Fellow is a distinction reserved for selected IEEE members whose extraordinary accomplishments in any of the IEEE fields of interest are deemed fitting of this prestigious grade elevation.
