Here you can find the "Laboratory-measured Industrial Load of Appliance Characteristics" dataset (LILACD) that has been collected for research on Non-Intrusive Load Monitoring algorithms in industrial environments. Please note, since the dataset comprises around 35GiB, you may want to use a download manager.
