Invitation to the closing conference in our project "Inverse Transparency" on 24th May 2022

We would like to cordially invite you to the final conference of our BMBF project "Inverse Transparency - Designing Participation-Oriented Approaches for Data Sovereignty in the Digital World of Work".

Shaping transparent working environments sustainably:
How to strengthen data sovereignty and create new innovation cultures
On May 24, 2022, 17:00 - 19:00 - live from the Software AG Executive Briefing Center.

Please note: The event is in German.

Does it really add up: Leveraging data to create new innovation cultures ... while empowering employee privacy?
After more than three years of joint research with Software AG, LMU Munich and TU Munich in the project "Inverse Transparency" we can say: Yes, and we can show you how! Together with employees, we have developed a new approach in a practice laboratory that opens the way for a sovereign handling of data with the two principles "Data Empowerment" and "Watch the Watcher".
At our closing conference, we want to share our research results with you, let the protagonists of the practical laboratory at Software AG have their say, and discuss with high-ranking speakers from politics, business and associations how we can sustainably shape an increasingly transparent working world.

Joining us will be ...

  • Dr. h.c. Thomas Sattelberger, Member of the German Bundestag, Parliamentary State Secretary at the BMBF
  • Dr. Elke Frank, CHRO of Software AG
  • Kristian Schalter, Head of Strategy and Digitalization at the BDA
  • Katharina Schüller, CEO and founder of STAT-UP Consulting & Data Sciences GmbH
  • Oliver Suchy, Head of Department "Digital Working Worlds and Working World Reporting" at the German Confederation of Trade Unions (DGB)
