Description
The Master Lab Course Bioinformatics at the Rostlab is research project based. During the lecture period there will be bi-weekly meetings with the supervisors on Tuesdays - in person or online - where milestones are discussed. After the lecture period there will be a research block in the lecture free period. Details are to be discussed. Planned group size: 4 students.

Prerequisites
Materials/Requirements: We will use Python as programming language and PyTorch as deep learning framework. A certain knowledge of these two things seems reasonable.
