We are pleased to announce that Prof. Stefan Wagner has been appointed to the editorial board of the Requirements Engineering journal, published by Springer. The journal is a leading venue for research on the elicitation, representation, and validation of requirements for software-intensive systems, attracting contributions from software engineering, information systems, human-computer interaction, and related disciplines.

Prof. Wagner brings extensive expertise in requirements engineering to this role, including his longstanding involvement in the NaPiRE (Naming the Pain in Requirements Engineering) initiative — a globally distributed family of surveys investigating the status quo and challenges of requirements engineering in practice. His research at the Chair of Software Engineering at TUM on software quality, empirical studies, and human factors in software engineering will further strengthen the journal's multidisciplinary perspective.
