• DFG Synergia Project Officially Launched: The DFG Synergia project Synergia: Multisensory Integration in High-Intensity Environments – Bridging AI Analysis and Human Perception is now officially online. I serve as Scientific Coordinator of the joint project between TU Dresden and the Technical University of Munich.
• CAMP Sonification Team: We have established the CAMP Sonification Team at the Chair for Computer Aided Medical Procedures (TUM), focusing on intelligent auditory interaction, multisensory human–AI systems, and next-generation computer-assisted medicine.
• MICCAI 2026 Paper Accepted: Our paper Physics-Based iOCT Sonification for Real-Time Interaction Awareness in Subretinal Injection has been accepted to MICCAI 2026. The preprint is available on arXiv.
