Exfluenced is a student project of the TUM: Junge Akademie, supervised by Prof. Dr. Jonas and Prof. Dr. Krcmar. The project examines the impact of social media on its users’ mental health and productivity among other topics. As a result of their two year lasting research, the team has created a 7 day detox program which enables participants to establish a healthy relationship with social media (primarily Instagram). Currently, they are conducting a study measuring the effectiveness of this program and are looking for social media users to join. The first 50 participants will each receive 20 Euro. In addition, there will be a prize draw for four 40 Euro Lieferando vouchers among all participants. For more information and to join the study, feel free to check out their website: https://www.exfluenced.com
